I was just saying that I wish there was a way to know for sure when and where we will be playing when we do the street hits. Truth is we get there and then maybe we have to move around some.
Sunday afternoon around 3 we’re (with Baby Soda crew) supposed to get together around Union Square again but we just don’t know if the spot will work out or not. Point is, I just don’t feel right about letting people know because it’s not a definite.
Clifton just hooked me up with the Music Under New York (MUNY) audition info. I put our first CD in the mail this morning with the application form and hopefully they’ll call us in for an audition. They asked
Why do you want to be part of the MUNY program.
My answer:
I have been performing in the streets of New York for some time. I love the exposure and the enormous diversity of audiences. The MUNY banner would make us feel more secure and would add a certain amount of credibility to our presentation.
My fingers are crossed.
